OUR HISTORY


With over 50 years of experience in the meat industry, we are a family-run company whose origin is fully traditional and where the knowledge and learnings of our predecessors have been passed from one generation to another.

It is not only an objective of this website, to be a representation of what Carnicas Embuena, S.L. is at the moment, but also to be a tribute to our ancestors, who with their daily hard work, skill, illusion, and forward-thinking vision, have built and developed the enterprise that we are nowadays.

Butchery "Nuestra Señora de la Salud"

It started as a small business selling an extensive range of meat specialties that were made in its own establishment and facilities. With the great approval of its high quality and flavourful products and excellent service, the business was transformed to its legal form and was set up as a limited company in June 1988.

 

In September of 1996, CARNICAS EMBUENA S.L. inaugurated its new facilities in the “Virgen de la Salud†industrial park of Xirivella, Valencia, thus securing:

- the European Economic Community certification that expanded their market:

- to improve the quality of the services offered

- to increase productivity as well as product range

- to enhance the corporate image of the organisation, characterized as traditional, artisanal, and innovative.

 

In October 2017, we opened our second production plant, thus having the necessary means to help us achieve our set objectives for the coming years.

  • TODAY, WE REMAIN FAITHFUL TO OUR ORIGINS BY USING THE METHOD AND LEGACY OF OUR FOREFATHERS IN THE MANUFACTURING AND DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTS, IN INNOVATING ITS PROCESSES, AND IN IMPROVING THE FINAL PRODUCT PRESENTATION. ABOVE ALL, WE ALWAYS WITH THE SAME OBJECTIVE AS FROM THE BEGINNING, THAT IS TO SATISFY OUR CUSTOMERS AND HELP THEM MAINTAIN A HEALTHY AND BALANCED DIET.
